Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is composed of the Principal Investigator, the Program Manager (ex-officio), a centre leader from each of the three regions (Region 1: Atlantic Provinces & Quebec; Region 2: Ontario; Region 3: Prairies and British Columbia), two disciplinary representatives, and one trainee representative. The administration of the program is designed to ensure functionality, accountability, and representation. Membership includes:

Program Advisory Committee

The Program Advisory Committee advises the Executive Committee on the goals, directions, and outcomes of the program. In addition, committee members will identify future mentors and emerging research themes in child and youth health research. The committee will promote integration of these themes in the CCHCSP. Membership is composed of:

  • Centre Leaders from our seventeen academic partners
  • Key mentors selected on the basis of their expertise pertaining to important areas of development within the training program
  • At least two members of the Executive Committee
  • One representative from our non-funding partners
  • One representative from our funding partners
  • One trainee selected from the current funded Trainees
  • Principal Investigator
  • Project Manager (ex-officio)
